Hi, I’m Amber
I've been practicing embodiment my entire life, it all began with dance when I was about 3, evolved into various forms of martial arts and found roots decades ago with Yoga.
I've since been teaching Yoga all over the world for the past 20 years and truly believe that it's our uniqueness that makes us special.
Embodiment in all forms is my passion, it brings us into the moment and when we give our whole heart to the moment, we can understand more deeply who we are and what we are here for.
We are all here for a reason and how ever you are when you show up to practice, with me - it works !

My yogi roots radiate from the linage of Krishnamacharya, imbued with studies of Kashmir Shaivism Tantra, Vedanta and Ayurveda.
